Johnny Depp is at it again. For the fifth time he'll be donning his Captain Jack Sparrow costume. I love love loved the first two films, they were classic and I still enjoy watching them today... but the last two films... what...why... too long.. too boring. Saying that Javier Bardem is joining the cast so it cant be that bad... can it? Have not yet decided if I will put it on the 'to watch' list, I'll have to wait until the trailer has come out, probably some time in 2017. *sigh*
In the new film Captain Jack comes up against his old nemesis Captain Salazar. Captain Salazar, who is played by Oscar winner Javier Bardem, is leading deadly ghost pirates determined to kill every pirate at sea... including Captain Jack. Dead Men Tell No Tales is produced by Jerry Bruckheimer and written by Jeff Nathanson, the man behind Catch Me If You Can and Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. Re-joining the action are Geoffrey Rush as Barbossa, Kevin R. McNally as Joshamee Gibbs and Stephen Graham as Scrum.
