I read Emma Donoghues novel Room earlier this year and loved it, so I am pleased that the film adaptation is doing so well. Brie Larson who plays Joy in the film version is getting a lot of high praise for her roll - as is Jacob Tremblay who plays five-year-old Jack.
There is always a worry when your favourite books get turned into films but this one seems to be on the safe list. The only bad thing about it is the UK release date which seems to be somewhere in 2016...
