Peter Jackson posted a video to his facebook page yesterday which featured Peter Capaldi playing the Doctor (and a Dalek) spurring rumours that he might be directing a Dr Who episode some time soon.
Dr Who has gotten pretty terrible recently, (I stopped watching when Tenant left) But I might give it another go if Jackson directs!

The Lord of the Rings and Hobbit film director, Peter Jackson, stokes rumours he is in line to direct a new episode of Doctor Who by posting a video on his Facebook page. The video, shot in Jackson’s New Zealand home, features the current Doctor, Peter Capaldi, and a Dalek, as well as Jackson’s daughter Katie.
